There are many opportunities for students at the Plenty Campus to experience the exciting world of the Performing Arts.
Music is offered as part of the curriculum from Years 7 – 12, and Drama form Years 8 – 11.  Additional Music activities include private music tuition from our highly experienced visiting music staff.   Tuition is available to all students on a wide range of instruments, voice and dance as well as music theory.

Students are also encouraged to participate in a range of musical ensembles including the Secondary Choir, Male Choir, A Cappella group as well as the Orchestra, Concert Band, String Ensembles, Jazz Percussion, Rock band, Year 8 band and Guitar and Percussion ensembles.

There is ample opportunity for students to demonstrate their skills at informal soirees, class drama productions, recitals and the Annual Performing Arts Concert.  The Piano and Soloists competition and the More than Words Concert give students the opportunity to perform at these major Cross Campus events.

The Plenty Campus has earned a reputation for outstanding Musical Productions, and students are involved both on stage and in the orchestra pit as well as back stage with sound, lighting, set construction, make up and costumes.
Students are encouraged to participate in performances opportunities in the local and wider community.  Music Scholarships are also available.

The School regularly commissions works of note for performance by the student ensembles and offers music scholarships to talented and highly skilled musicians.
